These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Afterline, a client portal platform operated by BISHOPTECH LLC.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Afterline, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Service scope
Afterline is provided as a client portal for managed voice-agent operations, lead and transcript review, project coordination, AI-assisted workflows, and related integrations configured by BISHOPTECH LLC. Features may evolve over time and may vary by client scope.
Accounts and access
- Accounts are provisioned manually by BISHOPTECH LLC.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You may only use the platform within the scope of your authorized role and workspace access.
- We may suspend or revoke access if we believe an account is being misused or creates security, legal, or operational risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Afterline to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Upload, transmit, or process content you do not have the right to use.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform.
- Attempt unauthorized access to workspaces, systems, or data.
- Use the service for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Client data
Clients retain ownership of data they submit or authorize to be processed through Afterline. You grant BISHOPTECH LLC the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data for the purpose of operating the platform and delivering contracted services.
Third-party services
Afterline may connect to third-party services such as hosting providers, databases, AI model providers, voice tooling, messaging systems, or workflow integrations. Availability and behavior of those services may affect the platform, and their use may also be subject to separate third-party terms.
Disclaimers
Afterline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BISHOPTECH LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BISHOPTECH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of Afterline.
Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
