Afterline is a client portal platform operated by BISHOPTECH LLC. The platform is used to review leads, transcripts, call outcomes, notes, tasks, and related operating data connected to managed voice agent deployments and associated collaboration workflows.

Information we collect

  • Workspace activity such as chats, notes, tasks, handoff records, and project updates.
  • Voice workflow data such as call metadata, transcripts, lead details, callback context, and operator notes.
  • Uploaded files, knowledge-base content, and other documents intentionally submitted to the platform.
  • Basic technical data used to operate and secure the service, such as logs, request metadata, and device or browser information.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve Afterline.
  • Authenticate users and manage workspace access.
  • Surface leads, transcripts, tasks, and collaboration records to authorized users.
  • Support integrations, custom tools, Slack workflows, and related client-specific automations.
  • Monitor reliability, investigate issues, and prevent misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the platform, including hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, analytics, AI model access, voice tooling, and messaging integrations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or operations of BISHOPTECH LLC, our clients, or other users.

Your choices

Authorized workspace users may request updates or corrections to their account information through their administrator or by contacting BISHOPTECH LLC. Clients who need deletion, export, or workspace access assistance should contact us directly.
